Role description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Planner to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and managing project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved, and supporting the effective delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning tools.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and wider teams to ensure accurate and achievable plans.
  • Identify potential risks and delays and provide mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to support decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment of schedules with project budgets, resources, and contractual requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and methodologies.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in project planning within construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Additional Requirements:
  • Security clearance will be required for this position.
  • The role may involve working on-site with clients several days per week.

Role description

We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving real business problems, contributing to technical discovery, and getting involved across the full lifecycle of solution design and implementation. This is not a narrow coding role. You’ll work closely with senior technical leadership to: help shape and analyse requirements, participate in discovery workshops, document findings and processes, propose solution ideas, and then help build the technical implementation. If you’re a capable full-stack engineer who wants to broaden into solution design, data modelling, and technical leadership, this role offers a clear development path.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build modern JavaScript frontends and backend services, including UI components, APIs, and core application logic.
  • Contribute to proof-of-concepts, client demos, and prototype builds that showcase solution feasibility.
  • Support technical discovery sessions, help capture business needs, and document system workflows.
  • Translate discovery outputs into clear specs, assist with designing application flows and data models.
  • Work alongside senior engineers to refine architecture, implementation plans, and internal frameworks.

Role description

We’re looking for a DevOps & Cloud Operations Engineer to take ownership of our CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, automation, and platform reliability — while also coordinating our on-premise infrastructure and IT suppliers. This is a hybrid role combining DevOps engineering, cloud operations, and light IT/infrastructure oversight, with progression opportunities. Our environment spans Azure, GCP, Microsoft 365, and an on-prem server environment managed by external providers. You will help ensure stability across all environments, coordinate upgrades and maintenance with suppliers, and strengthen our security and compliance posture Cyber Essentials Plus, ISO 27001.

Key Responsibilities:
DevOps Engineering (50%)
  • Own and improve CI/CD pipelines for .NET, Angular, and Next.js (Bitbucket, Azure DevOps).
  • Lead cloud cost reporting and contribute to long-term DevOps tooling and strategy.
  • Optimise environment stability, incident response, and system performance
Cloud, IT Operations & On-Prem Coordination (30%)
  • Manage M365 admin, licensing, and IT supplier coordination
  • Oversee on-prem server uptime, supplier escalations, and hybrid infrastructure planning.
  • Maintain device inventory, access governance, and support internal transitions from external vendors.
Security Compliance & Audit Support (15%)
  • Support Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001 implementation.
  • Assist with security reviews, patching, and risk/compliance documentation.
  • Ensure secure configurations across all cloud and on-prem environments.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement (5%)
  • Maintain clear documentation of DevOps, cloud, and IT operations.
  • Identify and propose improvements to tooling, workflows, and architecture.
  • Pursue self-directed learning and certifications in cloud and security domains.

  • Comfortable managing and coordinating with external suppliers/vendors
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
