Role description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning tools.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and wider teams to ensure accurate and achievable plans.
Identify potential risks and delays and provide mitigation strategies.
Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to support decision-making.
Ensure alignment of schedules with project budgets, resources, and contractual requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in project planning within construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.
Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Additional Requirements:

Security clearance will be required for this position.
The role may involve working on-site with clients several days per week.

Lead all project controls activities across schedule, cost, risk, change, and performance management.
Develop and maintain fully integrated project schedules aligned to defence lifecycle and assurance frameworks.
Produce accurate cost forecasts, earned value analysis, and performance reports for senior stakeholders.
Establish and enforce project controls standards, processes, and data governance.
Support project teams managing risk, opportunity, and change in line with contractual and security requirements.
Interface with engineering, commercial, safety, and regulatory teams to ensure data integrity and reporting.
